Privacy Policy

Tomko Digital (“we,” “I,” or “Tomko Digital”) is a one-person web design studio run by Kai Tomko in Belton, Texas. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep it short and plain on purpose — no dark patterns, no data resale.
Information you give me
When you use one of the free tools or forms on this site — the AI audit, the free design concept request, the website preview intake, the brand-kit generator, or the booking page — you may provide:
- Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number;
- Your business name, industry, service area, website, and social links;
- Details about your goals, brand, and what you're looking for.
You only share what you choose to type into a form. None of it is required to browse the site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, basic technical and usage data is collected to keep the site working and understand what's useful — for example, pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, and performance timings. This is gathered through privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, and no cookies that require a consent banner.
The AI audit tool
When you enter a website address into the AI audit, my server fetches that public page and analyzes its HTML and response headers to generate your report. I only fetch the address you submit, and I don't store the page content beyond producing your on-screen results.
How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare what you asked for (an audit, a design concept, a mockup, a brand kit);
- To schedule and prepare for a call you book;
- To follow up about working together, if you reached out;
- To keep the site secure, fast, and improving.
How your information is shared
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share it only with the trusted services that make this site run, and only as needed:
- Resend — delivers the emails sent through the site's forms.
- Cal.com — powers the booking calendar when you schedule a call.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics above.
Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. I may also disclose information if required by law.
How long I keep it
I keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for our business relationship and ordinary record-keeping. You can ask me to delete it at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared, or to stop contacting you. Just email kai@tomkodigital.com and I'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA; the same email address covers those requests.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
